Our most recognisable and best selling release is the no-nonsense fitted 'short flight' beret in plain black wool. The first item we ever put out into the world, and a staple of the brand in the four years since we started.

The only drawback was having to retire the wool version to the hat box as the summer heat approached, and we have been tinkering and sampling warm weather appropriate versions for the past couple of years.

Made from 100% cotton with a breezy loosely woven texture, the fit on our brand new COTTON BERET is as close to the popular wool version as we can get it.

Based on the 'sports' berets worn by international jet setters in the early 20th century and factory workers across mainland Europe, the style had fallen off the map in favour of the larger, floppier numbers more difficult to style and wear in our opinion.

SIZING ADVICE: We recommend that you take the same size as you would in the wool version, and if you between sizes we recommend sizing up to the next size as there is a little less give and movement in the cotton version.

Size Small will fit 55/56 hat size.

Size Medium will fit 57/58 hat size.

Size Large will fit 59/60 hat size.

Size XL will fit 61/62 hat size.

The cotton beret in black will be perennially stocked and reordered as sizes sell through.
