Our chunky, slouchy deck socks have become a bit of a staple for discerning hosiery aficionados. Based off a vintage crew sock from a long defunct brand, ours feature a wide rib from ankle to toe and soft non elasticated top panel.
The Monty Sock takes its cues and colourways from Massimo Osti's duffle coats he produced for brands in the 1980s, keeping the multi stripe detailing he borrowed himself from Italian military blankets.
This heavyweight chunky sock is made from 90% cotton, reinforced with 10% nylon, and made on a 1977 Bentley Komet sock machine from British spun cotton.
British made in the heart of Leicestershire, the sockmaking capital of England.
